Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your mail accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just select the mailbox you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
